C. Evaluation: Representation
With the images I have used I have tried to represent positive images in the way that it looks like people are enjoying themselves, although my double page spread picture of a male looks more thoughtful and less obviously happy, in a way it shows that it’s not just hedonistic it shows that my magazine has too a reflective side. On my front page I have used a picture of a female to produce that fact that my magazine is for males and female, by featuring 2 males and 2 females this shows that it’s aimed at any gender. The photos that I have used connote enjoyment, with my contents page I used 3 separate pictures that are all different, I think that they show a different side that a lot of magazines don’t show, a reflective side of a music magazine so that people can relate to the people in the magazine and not just look at them.
